RETURN, EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase or want to be informed about our policy we highly recommend you to review our policy


The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can
return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it, or credit your account.

You are eligible for a REFUND or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:
Products that are bought from the physical store or online store can be returned.

All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Simracing Equipment that are custom build, cannot be returned. Product like Shifters or Spacers can be returned since those are ready made products.
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

REFUND POLICY
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 days of your
purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days
have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
Aside from these conditions there are product that can be returned but are not refundable as
stated in the following:
After we receive your product, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your
refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the
purchase. If the payment was made through bank the following information are needed to be
provided: Full name and IBAN number


EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different size, color or any other variations, provided that such variation
is available. Customers are allowed to exchange the item within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.
In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging
- Product wasn't used or damaged
- Product must include original tags (if applicable)
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You are required to ship back the product, if some products can be exchanged with or
without extra costs, this needs to be discussed with us.
Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift when purchased is not allowed to be
Returned or Exchanged.
Products that were marked as a bundled when purchased is not allowed to be
Returned or Exchanged. 
Neither can Custom Made Products, be exchanged since the product is made with special requirements.

 

WARRANTY & REPAIRS
In general, all Zen's Simwheels products have 1 year warranty after purchase.
If in any case, parts on the ordered product(s) are damaged, broken or failed, we offer free repairs during the warranty period. 

In order to be eligible for reparations, make sure that these following conditions are met:
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Product must include original tags (if applicable).
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase. 
The customer is required to ship back the product on their own costs. 
When we have received back the product, we will inspect the damage, broken or failed parts.
Unfortunately, product that were marked as a gift, are not covered by warranty.
Exceptions:
When we see that the customer had deliberately damaged or broken parts on the ordered product, we will still offer repairs but we will charge for the made costs during reparation. 
NOTE: These costs will always be forwarded to the customer to receive an agreement before repairs.

Exceeded warranty period
After exceeding the warranty period of 1 year, you are welcome to contact us about repairs.
We offer lifetime repair service, but we will charge for made costs during repairs. 
NOTE: We only charge for the repairs AFTER exceeding the warranty period and the given reason above, see ''Exceptions''.

 

After repairs are finished, we will ship back the products to the same adress and originally selected shipping method, if not mentioned differently to us. For this, our Delivery policy is applied.
During return shipment, the responsibility lies with the customer.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled for different reasons. Customers are allowed to cancel their item within 30 days. Cancellation exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

Within these 30 days after order confirmation, the cancellation can only be done if:;

- The order has not been shipped.

- The product ordered is NOT a custom made/build to order product.

- Zen's Simwheels had NOT made any costs for this order.

- Zen's Simwheels had NOT made working hours into this order

Exceptions:
Custom made/Build to order
products:
If in case Zen's Simwheels has already started on production or had made costs for the ordered product, the order can be cancelled but will only refund 60
% of the amount payed. This will also apply if the customer gives green light to producing the ordered (custom made/build to order) product.
